Can I order furniture that you do not have on your showroom floor?
Absolutely! Nearly ˝ of the furniture purchased at USA Baby - Virginia is furniture that we do not have on our showroom floor. With such a large selection of baby furniture, we'd need a football field to display it all!
Does the furniture come in different finishes (as compared to the finishes shown on your showroom floor)?
You bet! … to show every collection from every manufacturer we sell, and in every finish… now we're talking about needing a convention center to show it all! So that you can pick the finish of choice, we have wood chips available from all of our manufacturers.
Does the furniture come assembled?
Much like with adult furniture, the beds (and cribs) do not come assembled. Although, just like adult furniture, 99% of the case pieces (dressers, chests, armories, etc) do come assembled from the manufacturer.
How long until my order arrives?
Furniture arrival times vary based on manufacturer. Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 weeks from order date... if the manufacturer has the item in stock, the turn around is closer to 6 to 9 weeks. Lead times are updated weekly by our manufacturer partners, so we can give you the most accurate turn around time possible.
